The types of queues available at KYOO include Onsite and Appointment. You must choose one of these queue types when registering for KYOO for the first time.

Onsite or Go-show queue, customers must physically attend the branch location to get a queue, typically, there is no quota for this queue type

Appointment queue, customers are required to make an appointment or booking through the web portal first to obtain the service at a specific time. This type of queue has a quota arrangement

The subscription payment scheme is available for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. The longer the subscription period you choose, the greater the discount you will receive

KYOO queue platform can be integrated with Kiosk hardware using the Tablet, IPAD, Mini PC Kiosk options via Web based App Kiosk or using our Android App Kiosk

Digital Signage in KYOO using Web based Digital Signage. Any Device like miniPC, Smart TV or any device that compatible with Chrome Web based Signage can be user for KYOO Signage Device

KYOO focuses on software solutions and doesn’t provide hardware for Kiosk and Hardware TV for Signage. Institutions can purchase hardware from the market based on their specific needs and availability.
